Since my trip to Jamaica in 2017, I’ve been in love with any and everything that tastes like curry. As soon as I got back to the states, I googled curry recipes and this is the first I tried that turned out amazing. I left out the traditional use of coconut milk, because the flavor of coconut isn’t appealing to me. Test it out and let me know what you think!
